At Little Sport we are very excited about the BMX track that will soon open across the road. We are pretty sure that soon there will be lots of young people doing some awesome things with BMX’s in the near future. Its a great sport to keep fit, get fresh air, improve reflexes, and coordination.

The 180 bunny hop can be used mostly any where and if you get good enough with the 180 on flatland, switch to the air.
1. Begin to ride at a moderate speed and once you feel comfort bunny hop into the air.
2. Instead of looking forward twist both shoulders and your head toward the back tire. You should now start to twist.
3. You will land backwards and to complete the trick you will have to fakie out or roll out.
This is a great trick to learn because it looks really impressive and you can do it anywhere. You can also easily add your own variations and make it your own signature trick.
Like most tricks the key thing is to practice, practice practice. You are not going to be able to do a smooth looking trick over night, it takes time. The really skilled BMX riders have put hundreds of hours of practice into their sport to fine tune their skills.
